the book says PAGE_COMPLETE is not returned
(Former E240-0004).
I think an ecode is supposed to show up after this jam code pops up 3 times in a row.
It does not always work.
CHECK for a recent ecode in memory

First check the Finisher F/W matches M/C - are the Finisher Trays level? if one side is higher (a couple of teeth out) than the other can cause the exit sensor not to register, are you also having E540-8004 errors? if so check the Upper Paper Face Sensing Flag for breakage of the fingers, it is a known problem and the Flag P/N has been changed from FC5-4162-030 to 4A3-5454-000 - hope this helps.
