error codes after replacing drums on Adv 2020L / 2030

Hi all,
if the drum life of drums is above 170 % and highereverytime i go to replace the drums with new a have problems with error codes for each new drum.
i haven't find the solution yet.

help !

same thing happened I put drum's C / M / Y / K goes new error code that says not recognize the drum's, what I've done is put the drum contacts the old to the new and the problem was
Another alternative is that when you change the drum's non-performing steps of the service manual (which says off the band and drum) Carefully place and problem solved

I leave two alternatives that have worked for me

who is replacing the Drums ? a USER/Customer or a Tech ???

Stick with OEMs and save yourself a lot of time & money.

Hi to all,

Letting the drums work above 100% leads to a loss of toner and developer that will fall on the laser. When replacing new drums, the patch density will be light. E020 error code is displayed.

In your case, clean the laser and try to replace your drums arround 120%.
