I have a IRA 6075 that keeps saying load staples have replaced staple unit and ribbon cable, also finisher board (E1 finisher). Tech support says to replace relay and dc controller. Have done all of these things with the same results. Stapler moves into position but never fires comes back home and message on screen reads load staples, have even tried new staple cartridge also. Any Ideas would be helpful. Have reseated all connectors. If I move the clamping out of home the machine codes with a 532-8002 error.

Check if the Belt on M107 (stapler drive motor) hasn't slipped off or broken (XF2-1810-000). -

Did the firmware thing must a bad wire in it some where also there is no belt on this unit for stapling it is direct drive off the motor.Comment
