Canon iR1133iF with Error code E355 0004

Hi

Does any one know how to clear an E355 error code on an iR1133.

On most canons you need to enter service mode level 3 but this doesn't seem available on this model.

Does any one have any ideas?

Try install back original parts.

No I was never able to resolve this problem. Canon UKs own technical support seemed to have very little idea about this problem.

Thanks - suspect it is the main board but being that costs as much as the machine it is not worth replacing. Would be interested to find out though.
