How much would you inclrese color click charges if customer is using an imagepass ? They would be using more toner so Im trying to guess how to price in the extra toner on the paper.

u should actually increase contract price (if u offered one) if u plan to service the Fiery
u mean a separate charge for Color PRINTS & a separate charge for Color COPIES-
u charge the same/
just set up the printer counters to track clicks for those individual options/
u can also set up your the a Counter 102 it will then read 11x17 as a double click for total billing
registering 2 clicks for 11x17 and 1 click for all other sizes in one total counter.
in your series> imageRUNNER C2550 / C2880 / C3380 / C3480 / C2880i / C3380i / C3480i
You can now disable the 101 Meter and enable the 102 Meter------
Perform the following in Service Mode to set the counters. In service mode level 1 COPIER > OPTION > USER > CNT-SW set to 1.
Note:
System Software version 69.01 or higher must be loaded first before changing the setting.
Billing is a big headache / Canon experts can not even figure out their counter publication in manuals
