    Canon C3220 printing issues

Have never seen this before. Customer tries to print and the Copier shows a message "Suspeded" and when you go to details is shows "PDL Data transfer error". Looked at the copier everything seems to be OK. Nothing changed on copier. Cancell the print job and samething. After about 5 times of turning it Off/On it will finally allow them to print. The computer is not turned off at night, when they come back in in the morning, same issue. Going to hook up my laptop direct to copier to try and eliminate network or other computer problems.

    Anyone every run into this???

    Thanks

Have installed new driver and same issue

Have you or the customer tried re-installing the driver?

Do you have the same issues with copying?
        What accessories are installed?
        Check acc. connections.
        Try printing without acc.
        Always re-seat and clean memory!
        New firmware.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

No problem copying. Removed finisher, same problem when printing.
