Image repeating and shifting on an IR-3245i

Hey guys. I think this is my first time ever asking for help, but I have this Canon IR-3245i that prints (or copies) out the image shifting and repeating, but only on the first print after powering on or waking up from sleep mode. Internal prints and copies. It looks like a repeating image from a bad cleaning blade or bad fixing film only it's occuring perpendicular to the paper feed path. After the first print, the problem goes away until you power cycle or the machine goes to sleep. I have already tried, updating firmware, clear DC-Con, MN-Con, MMI. Unplug/reseat video pcb with connectors and Main Controller with connectors. I have both of those boards to try, but I have a feeling that it's somewhere weird. The drum is brand new and I have tried reinserting with a D-Gamma. Here are samples. Note where I make the lead edge and where the problem occurs. I have found nothing in the Service Manual, Knowledge Base or The Grid that's helpful. Thanks.

I have seen this before on an IR3035, I seem to recall doing all of the above but I think the problem was with the Polygon Mirror Motor - do you have access to another Laser Unit?
