[Misc] IR5570 Print, copy, black copy zebra pattern

Please help me (refer to attachment files). my canon ir5570 produces a zebra pattern in every print, copy and also black copy

    The action I did:

    1. I replaced the primary, separation,
transfer charging wire and pre-transfer charging wires -------.> no result
    2. I assumed the problem may be on the spacer roller in developing, so I changed the developing assembly with the other mechine Ir 5570 (which it is normal condition) ---------> also no result
    3. I did FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR to MN-CON ---------> no result

    Note: the counter 1,568,675

    Any suggestion? for this problem

    Thanks

    Try clear DC,
or try change high voltage board

I assume that your first attachment is supposed to be black. This may be a consequence of the dev assembly which is not turning continously. Have a look on it and also, try to clean or replace the dev clutch.

Also check gears and smooth turning on the dev unit.

It is very likely this comes from the T/S Unit. Under isolated cases, even the new ones have been found to leak the high voltage.
Secondly, check what kind of toner is used, substandard (compartible) toners can exerggerate the problem where the T/S unit is weak.
Also, the pre-transfer corona can improve matters, check if it is in place.

you mean clear dc is FUNCTION > CLEAR > DC-CON ?, I did that, no success

could you explain the step how to change high voltage board?

Sorry I don't understand the unit T/S?, could you recommend me the step what I should to do related your comment?

Transfer/Separation Unit OR simply the Transfer corona assembly.
Make sure there is no leakage on it, no matter it is new or old; you fit the same to a different machine and judge it by copy quality comparison.

Thanks Songela I think you are right, I try to use the transfer/separation corona assembly from other ir5570, the result back to normal, but only for some pages and back again to the problem. I try to ADJUST > HV-TR > D-PRE-TR from -2 to 0, D-HV-TR -2 to 0 and ADJUST> HV-SP > D-HV-SP from -2 to 0 the result normal again for some pages and back again to the problem.

What's happening, Songela please your advise again Regards Zibros
