[Misc] Email Receiving in iR Adv C5035 using MS exchange 2010 and 2013

Hi to all,

Does any one configure email receiving with any canon iR Adv? using MS exchange server 2010 and 2013? please i need your advice. sending is working fine but receiving is not. but if i open the user account in any PC email is receive. but machine is not printing the email he receive.

did u Enable Print via E-mail on server set up

Choose Yes to enable printing via e-mail
