I have a problem with iR2016, reports paper jam but no paper.
I Put a new firmware but the same problem..

Jam 0104 =Incorrect paper size message or pickup delay jam 0104


is this from all cassettes all paper sizes
Cassette Feed Clutch's


replacing the 27T/50T Gear (FB6-1633-000) with 40T/50T Gear (FC6-4390-000) in the cassette 1 Paper Pick-Up Assembly correctsthe problem.

By only updating Cassette 1 Paper Pick-up Assembly a mis-match will be created. To resolve this issue Cassette 2 Paper Pick-up Assembly had to be replaced with an updated Paper Pick-up Assembly { FM2-4484-010 } which comes with Six additional teeth in drive gears to speed up drive and to reduce the chances of delay jams.

Please note: Gears in cassette 1 Paper Pick-up assembly will not work in Cassette. 2 Paper Pick-up Assembly.
