[Jamming] stack bypass

Hi

I am using cannon Ir3300. In this Stack bypass (free size) is not working fair. Always jammig, sometimes it work. When it get jamming I use to operate the clutch manually to load the paper. Jammins is only on pick up after that it has given the copy. Can you help me out to overcome this problem.

Please guys help me.

Maybe the feed roller just needs a good scrubbing. Its right there on the lower door
