This errors occurs at random times, it is scan to folder using SMB utilising an ||192.168.9.250 IP address File Path \scans , folder is fully open
NG # 0753 which from the manual is :at time of ECM transmission, the procedural signal has been transmitted more than specified after transmission of PPS-NULLor T5 time-out (60 sec) has occurred.
The machine just stops scanning, then at a random point later (upto 2 hours) just starts again without any changes being made. I found this info below and can confirm all but the cable is OK. (The cable is extra long and a replacement is currently unavailable) Machine prints OK without problem.
- Check that the network cable is properly connected between the machine and your computer.
- Check that <USE SMB CLIENT> is set to <ON>.
- Check that <SERVER> of the file server destination is set correctly.
- Check that <WORKGROUP> is set correctly.
- Check that <LM ANNOUNCE> is set to <ON>.
- Check that the Windows Firewall is set properly.
- If the machine still does not operate normally, turn OFF the main
power switch of the machine, wait for at least 10 seconds, and then turn it ON
again.
Any thoughts/fixes would be appreciated
