Canon USA will now have available a full ITB Assembly, (without an ITB Belt), or an ITB improvement kit. Depending on what type of an ITB Assembly is installed in the machine, and old style or a new style, will dictate the delivery of an ITB Assembly or an ITB improvement kit. The lot number [A] or serial number of the machine will determine which item is needed. Please refer to the lot number chart and serial number chart to understand the type of ITB assembly that is installed in your machine.

After doing the adjustments, open the right door and check if the belt edges are even on the roller.

i typically set it back and run the ITB-POS a few times after adjusting the castors. after 200 copies if it still tracks true i let it go, but more often than not it requires a new frame. once the frame is updated they seem to last way longer.
