canon ir 5570

Canon ir 5570, while making A4R copies from feeder it automatically zoom into A3. from the glass its ok. and while making A4 copies continueously the margin keep shifting copy to copy . i cleaned the sensors but prob still persists.( only from feeder) what could be the problom? pls help.thanks in advance.

you got a initialize feeder from service mode/feeder/function and there you will see different paper size just click them and set feeder according to those size.
