ir 6020i Pcl driver

Hi all

i have IR6020i and problem with printer driver.
I checked all drivers i can find. I need GROUP & STAPLE function. All i have is collate and staple. in other copiers this is possible. i tried ir3035 and group & staple is there. But same pcl driver for 6020i has only collate and staple.

Any ideas??

hi

try the following:

• usa.canon.com
• office equipament
• support & Driver
• 1 - B/W image RUNNER copier
• 2 - image Runner 6020i (has several together)
• 3 - image RUNNER 6020i
• ^{select operation system = windows (ex)}
• select OS version: windows 7 64 bits (ex)
• drivers: v 8.85 SETUP 45.9mb (dowload)

after downloaded, unzip the file and run the setup. it will fetch your printers on the network, follow the instructions and restart the computer.


I believe that with this you eliminate your error because the setup finds the drive to correct machine.

i know how to install driver

it is not error, this machine is missing this feature.
Then there is nothing i can do?

thought you were installing via windows help and this fact was missing in installing this item. this is why I spent the tip of the software installation.
