I manage to program the customer's name fax number but I can't erase the name or fax number Now. How do I get rid of the number and name. Ive tried all the keys on the display but nothing is working. Is there a combination of keys I need to use to get rid of the customers info. Thx

Open left cover and press num.8

IMG_20121129_185014_292[1].jpg this is the display on the lc510. i tried what you have zora but it still isnt working i got rid of the fax number but still cant get rid of the unit name (customers) name under fax settings/user settings.

What about add. key add func.jpg??
