We are having problems with a one month old IR-Adv C5030i which has done only a few hundred prints. On switch on you get the black Canon screen with the white progress bar running across the bottom of the screen, the progress bar goes almost to the end and will stop and then hang and do nothing. If you switch off and on exactly the same happens. Main Controller 1, Dimms, Hard Drive have all been changed and the machine has been flashed with new firmware, and still my colleague cannot clear this fault. Has anyone seen this fault and give me some pointers or ideas on where to look next.
