    Re: network problem

If you disable all these ports (RAW, IPP,LPR, MDNS,MFD,RSH/RCP, SSDP
    SNMP, Netware, appletalk.)
Break out your pen or pencil and get ready for writers cramp. (Don't use whiteout on the monitor.)

RAW and LPR are all print or output only ports. IPP requires authentication and can be turned off @ machine level.

    Paranoia will destroya!

Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

      omg.
LPR Printing-LPR printing is the only authorized method, this may require configuring any print drivers to use the LPR protocol.. (one point in the security standard for MFD)
      1. how i can configured LPR driver for windows 7?
2.can i registered a password for RUI /https, to protect anybody to open RUI device from browser?
