Ir5570 ADF Jam Code 042

My ADF always jam at 5th sheet. The paper is not out completely (remained half of paper still in ADF), and I must to restart my machine, because the ADF always show jam (flash ADF lamp). How to solve the problem

I did the FEEDER > FUNCTION completely and when I do the Feeder Cleaning, the paper jam at 5th sheet.

Clean or replace the ADF feed and sep rollers.
