Canon IR5000 wired jamming

Dear all ,

i have canon ir 5000 its jamdded always befor enter the rigistration some time it enter ,actually it first time i faced like this problem the jam code is 020F,some times 0207 using the first drawer and also the third one same jam ?!


i cleaned the back Clutch of the unit 1 which located on the back of the regisrtation unit but nothing happen any ideas .

Does the jam occur on all cassettes?If so check on the paper guide before the registration roller.
If paper jams on particular cassettes ,check on the paper feed rollers and the separation rollers on the feeder units.

Salut,

0207 is a stationary jam at the right deck feed paper sensor (PS32) ===> replace the rollers.020F is also a stationary jam : claw jam sensor (PS4) ===> Paper doesn't leave the sensor at the required time interval.

Check on the sensor flag of the pre-registration sensor and ensure that it plays freely.
Try to check the paper passage before the registration rollers and try to interchange the sensor to ensure its efficience .

thanks for all , i solved it was the sensor for the feed unit of the 1st drawer , the sensor was stuck i wrapped the spring of it and it works
