Moving Inbox items to computer/email on IR3035

My customer has an IMAGErunner 3035 and wants to scan items into the inbox of the printer and then push those items ether to multiple shared folder a on multiple pc, or to different email addresses. can anyone tell me the proper steps that i need to take, i tried and couldn't get it to properly send the pdf file to a computer every time.

If you need more details i will gladly provide them for you.

    Thanks

What type of scanning do you have? Do you have send kit installed?

To be honest with you i'm not sure. I know that i was able to get 1 document to go to my pc, but after that nothing would go through.

How do I tell if there is a send kit installed on this machine?

Counter button / device configuration / color universal send should be in the list if you have it.

The Universal Send Option would need to be installed for this to be possible. It is not a standard feature on this model.

How do i check to see if the universal send option is on this device, like i said before i was able to send a pdf from the scanner to a pc once, then it wouldn't send again. is there a way i could call one of you guys when i'm at the customers site to check out all therse things. I am a computer tech, not a copier tech.

There should be a "Send" tab on the user display. Canon used to ship the trial version of Universal Send on new machines but thety were only good for a number of scans then expire and the function would no longer work. The customer would then have to buy the software key to enable it again.

That "number", by the way, was 100. I don't remember seeing it documented anywhere.
