    [Error Code] c3380i E20-23 error code

    The machine I'm working on is sending the E20-23 error code after replacing the BK drum. The machine was moved to a new location, and the drum was at 108% and a new one installed. Does anybody know how to check the ATR sensor and how to run the Patch test on the other drums in service mode. If the sensor works on the color other drums I can assume the ATR isn,t faulty and that my new drum is probably bad.

      Black drum definitely.Clean the ATR sensor window anyway.

              That did it!!!
              I got a diffrent drum cartridge before I tried the cleaning routine. I did the cleaning sometime before but I guess I wasn't thourgh enough.
