E614--4000 then E748--9000 after replacing the flash PCB (iRAC2020i)

    [Error Code] E614--4000 then E748--9000 after replacing the flash PCB (iRAC2020i)

    Dear all,

    The machine is an iRAC202i.It displays E614 4000 error code at power on (no progress bar). We replaced the flash PCB (that we've got from another working machine). The copier could start but it displays E748 9000 error code. I suppose that the flash pcb is related to the machine serial number and it is a "not service part". Any comment?

      Dear all,

      I replicated the issue on our show-room machine. With the custmer flash, i have the same error code E614-4000. With a third working machine flash, I have E748-9000 error. So, the flash pcb is, like the counter pcb, related to the machine serial number.

          Hi All,
          sorry to jump on this thread,

          I have the same on an ir400 it started with E602 then after changing the HDD and flash rom it is now E614-4000

          I have changed main cont, HDD and Flash pcb in 1 hit

          powered on holding 2+8 does not go into safe mode to do SST, just shows E614

          Any ideas
