    IR 2020 speed error

    Hi everybody,
I have an IR 2020, the speed of this model is 20 cpm, but the speed of the machine I have is 10 cpm ,
It must be delay in running when copying but it works without any jamming.
Before the speed was normal but suddenly it becomes slowly,
Can anybody explain how this happened ???

    Regards

It seems like the Unit is having an issue Processing Data, maybe try reseating Memory Modules etc.

Have you reloaded the software? Sometimes that screws up on the 3030 series. Causes a slow down. I know this one is diff but it worth a try.

Copy speed slow down during a continuous job of LTR size paper.

if the sub thermistors on such portions detect 275 deg. C or higher, the machine goes into the down sequence in which the paper interval is increased to prevent the temperature of such portions from building up. When such sub thermistors detect the temperature of 220 deg. C or lower, the machine returns to the normal control sequence.

The following user mode item is prepared to alleviate the decline of copy speed.
        - Additional Functions > ADJUST./CLEANING > 8. SPECIAL MODE P > ON > OK

        - The special P mode helps limit a drop in the copy speed when printing on multiple sheets of narrow width paper in succession.
        - The default setting is 0.

Copy speed slows down, while running Letter R paper.

To alleviate the decline in copy speed during a continuous run, perform the following in User Mode.

        Additional Functions > Adjust > Cleaning > Special Mode P > ON > OK.
