    Ir adv 6055 e001-110 and e001-05

    Hi Folks. Getting an intermittent issue on one of my boxes. I've ripped apart the fuser everything looks to be ok. Happens about once every 2 weeks. I run out, clear the err and they're good for two weeks. SM states "Problem with fixing assembly" for this code. Would just like to know what can cause this code. I also checked the black connector at the rear of the fixing/feeding tray and there's no bent pins or paper caught in it.

      Fixing Assembly high temperature error



      have u checked your wall outlet voltages ???
      especially Neutral> Ground reading ????


      is printer on a dedicated outlet-

          It was requested to be on a dedicated line but you know these old municipal buildings. breakers are usually too overloaded for their own good. Going back with a tester today and will let you know. Thanks teck
