Canon ImageRunner C3220 - Printing/toner problem

I was printing a few jobs and the first couple of batches came out fine. Then for some reason they all started coming out with blue toner smeared all over the page.
Below is a picture of a couple of blank prints with the blue toner all over it...please help!

check drum & cleaning blade


u may have activated the anti-counterfeit protection circuit
