    Have u looked at---------------
    Fax Memory Lock --
This feature allows all incoming faxes to be saved in memory until the Memory Lock Feature is turned off. This feature can be set up to print out a report that will not interrupt print jobs and will print when a fax is received alerting the user that there is a fax in memory.
The Fax Memory Lock is set up on the control panel of the imageRUNNER and can only be used if the machine is set to Auto Receive Documents. To Auto Receive Documents:
    1. Select the Fax button on the Control Panel.
    2. Select Special Features.
    3. Select RX Mode.
    4. Set RX mode to AUTO RX.
    5. Select Done 2x.

To Set up the Fax Memory Lock Feature:
    1. Select Additional Functions.
    2. Select Custom Fax Settings.
    3. Select File Settings.
    4. Select Memory Lock.
    5. Set this to ON.
    6. Once you set that to ON, a screen will appear prompting you to add a password for Memory Lock Mode. When you enter the password, another screen will appear that will allow you select whether you want a report to be printed out, every time a fax is received. You can also set the Memory Lock Function to automatically turn on and automatically turn off at different times.
    7. Select the Fax button on the Control Panel.
    8. Select Special Features.
    9. Select RX Mode.
    10. Select Memory Lock.
    11. Set this to ON.
    12. If a password is set in the Memory Lock a screen will appear requesting that the Memory Lock Password be entered.
    13. Enter the password and this will bring you back to the RX Mode Screen.
    14. Select Done.
