missing SCAN, MAILBOX on IR5075

HI gurus, I like this forum because there are much in depth technical knowledge.
So, I use IR5075 but no menu button on the screen SCAN MAIL box.
How can I add these menu?

Scan Tab
Service Mode Level 2, then change OPTION > BODY > UI-RSCAN to "1"


Mailbox Tab
COPIER > Option > BODY > UI-BOX > 0 (Mail Box tab is unavailable)
COPIER > Option > BODY > UI-BOX > "1" (Mail Box tab will be available)

In older models, this option is located within Service Mode Level 1. In newer models, this option is located in Service Mode Level 2.

Check that in Service Mode that UI-Copy is set to "1".
( Copier>Option>Body> UI-Copy )
