[Error Code] IR2520 E-350

Hi,

We had problem with IR2520 and we testing main controler with broken copier. We take out new board from new machine and when we find out that there was no problem we puted controler back to the new machine we got an error E-350!

I know that this is related with counter but if anyone has idea how to reset this error code

Error code clear
CLEAR > ENGIN > ERRCLR



Enter service mode by pressing additional functions than 2 than 8 and then Additional Functions. #SSSW will be displayed. Use the right arrow and scroll to #CLEAR then press OK. Use the right arrow and scroll to ENGINE then press OK. ERRCLR will be displayed then press OK. Then power cycle the machine.




Check if the SOFT ID board connector is properly making a connection to the Main controller PCB on J8116.

Did you solve the paper problem by swapping main controller? successfully clear error E350?
