    IPC7010 -E194-0061 / 0071

    Hello guys,

We have an error code E194 -0061 and 0071 on IPC 7010, we are unable to do the auto correction color alignement which give E194. color on page are mixed (black into magenta).

The PG type 5 are printed properly.

    On CP-Print Dens-Y, dens-M are at 0, also P-B-P-x are at 0 too.

Did you already got this problem?

Do you have an idea how to manage it?

    Kind regards,

Did you check ITB life time?

    NG-replace ITB

OK- execute the ITB gloss recovery mode (COPIER > FUNCTION > HV-TR >ITB-GLS).

-Execute auto color displacement correction control (COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > AT-IMG-X)

Before do anything first clean sensor face of color registration patch sensor.

      Thank you,

ITB and color sensor has been replaced without success !

Is there possible to check the patch on ITB?

I think that the patch have problem and can not be read!

What did you do in that case?

      Thank you

          Hello Zolraldinho,

          Many thanks for your help,

After investigation on field I saw that the black color was too early on print (PG Type 10) and cause the error code E194.

The problem has been solved by a DC-Con clear, and put all values manually.

I think that during the maintenance the DC-Con PCB got some ESD from vaccum cleaner.

          Your information are always useful,

Happy new year for you and your familly.
