    [Misc] USB device not recognized, Canon LBP 2900

    Dear all

    I encountered a problem with USB on my computer. I plugged in the cable of my printer (canon lbp 2900) and at that moment a window popped up with the notification 'USB device not recognized' !

    I have tried to fix the issue by searching solution on the forums, knowledge bases, etc.

    Any one says with me : your printer needs to fix in formater board.But i do not know how to fix it ?

    Any solution for this problem ?

      Main cause may be the Device drivers for the printer, the device drivers may get corrupted, make sure you have the latest drivers, download the latest drivers

      or---
      REMOVE DEVICE -Canon LBP2900
      With no printers installed now, Re-install Canon LBP2900
      then re-load drivers
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          Thank for your oppinion, i have reinstalled driver, but that problem still show.
          any answer this problem ?

              did u remove/delete the PRINTER from PC and all drivers together ??

              then first download driver> then re-connect printer for PC to discover
              **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

                  i think about problems cause by formater board.I have replaced with new formater board and my printer works correctly.
