iR 5055/5065/5075 RAM expantion

Howdy all, does anyone know what is the max. capacity of RAM for a ir5065 ?

The machine already has 1024MB but my client wants to make sure it has the maximum amount possible.

The max RAM is 1GB and it comes standard. But the ImagePass comes standard with 256MB and can be upgraded to 512MB.

The S2 can have two 256 MB RAM chips installed in it (for a total of 512 MB).

256 MB is the maximum amount of RAM supported in the S1.
