Hi, first time on here so here goes. I have a ipf8000 for the last 5 years from new which had both print heads replaced 2 months ago. 2 days ago the MBK stopped feeding the print head although it was only replaced 20 days ago and is still virtually full, I presumed the print head was faulty and received one from my supplier without a problem. I changed the print head but the problem is still there. I have done both a and b cleans wasting a lot of ink but no joy. When the printer had been stood over night and I did a nozzle test print first thing in the morning both yesterday and today I did get some ink through the MBK but on the second test nothing, the same in service mode too.
I have removed the top cover and managed to get to the MBK feed line and it is empty, what should be my next move..... Any help and advise is welcomed. Thanks in advance.
