      Now have I instaled this driver on windows7:
      PCL5e-c_6_v8.90_v6.90_Setup_x64
      PCL6_v6.90_WinXP-Win7_x64_INF
      PS3_v4.90_Setup_x64

      Today have I found this drivers for IRC3220 and will install and test.
      ColorNetworkScanGear-v271_Win_uk_EN
      FAX_Driver_V885_W64_uk_EN - this will I not install
      PCL5_Driver_V891_W64_uk_EN
      PPD_File_V335_Win_uk_EN
      PS_Driver_V490_W64_uk_EN

        I have tested new drivers.
        Drivers.jpg
        Driver 1 no light on copier (for work)
        Driver 2 no light on copier (for work)
        Driver 3 one time light on (for work)
        Driver 4 two time light on (for work)
        Driver 5 no light on copier (for work)
        Driver 6 no light on copier (for work)

        This happened on test this drivers. Only by driver 3 and 4 was reaction with control lights and nothing else. In logs are all prints marked as NG...#853.
        This is my report for new drivers.

          If you install PCL5e-c, look for this model iRC3220-C2. MUST be a C2 behind the model.

          For PS3, it would not work as it meant as emulated postscript so you pretty well delete those with PS3.

          If possible, you ought get hold of the correct drivers from EFI. however you need to register as a user in their web site. Not sure whether it has 64BIT drivers for your Win7 64BIT.

          Another way to test whether as to why the hardware engine is not processing print jobs, you could use CommandWork Station (aka CWS) to import any PDF file. It will process it within the C2 and print it out.

            Ok, just google the net & EFI web site, you can scrap my suggestion of getting driver from EFI. There is none for 64BIT Win7.

            Best call in Authorized Canon engineers to look at your problem, look like it need firmware re-flash or reset of the machine / Fiery C2

              To print from Fiery-a does not need any drivers. Here it should print if everything is OK, but we can not print.
              We can forget drivers for PC. We must first print make from the server. Is it so?
              Have i right or no?

              I think Teckat are right when he says that I must install a new firmware. Missing RUI and maybe something else too.
              Anyone now is maybe where in service mode possible to disable printout? Menu1, menu2 or anywhere else

                did someone try to re-install the C2 System Software when u attached this Fiery/

                have u tested the

                  1- Yes Teckat I have tested it is OK and changed with new CROSSOVER CABLE. for secure.
                  2- I have tell on copier stay name CLC-2620 and on Copy service report stay two names. First is IRC2620 and second (firmware) is IRC3220
                  3- All this software has my IRC installed, except RUI is not installed.
                  4- No I have nothing reinstall. I try to find software for Fiery-C2, Firmware for IRC3220 and SST software. For now no results. Nothing found!

                  In a few days I'll have to call the cavalry (Canon service). I see no way out!
                  Except if I will found software and firmware.

                          I have buy copier in leasing house in Austria without warranty. In this condition.
                          First user has this copier use only as copier. I try to use as copier, scanner and printer. My son need all of this function for design.

                              forget about RUI for the moment-----
                              -Turn off spooler on the printer, ADDITIONAL FUNCTION >
                              SYSTEM SETTINGS > NETWORK SETTINGS > USER
                              SPOOLER, set this value to OFF.



                              Take the C2 Box off printer>open it up>check inside to make sure memory is in there > remove and re-seat it
                              also check all interior connections & components in that box--
                              READ PDF------imagePass C2-G1 Guide.pdf

                              u may need the reload the imagePass C2 Firmware

                                I'm back. I was offline for business.
                                In this time have I tested many thing. I was call Canon service. The last thay have upgrade my software or firmware on ver. 90.03.
                                The last time when Canon servicer was there they didnt solve the problem on IRC2620. Stay same problem.

                                If anyone have an idea what is wrong on my copier please help me.
                                I stay on same problem two month.
                                I have read something forums, manual for Fiery, manual for copier and testing lot of things but nothing have changed.

                                I waiting information or solution from Canon service.
                                I hope that your can help me faster as Canon service.

                                Is maybe some seting in service mode and we forgot to check??? Maybe service mode 2 ???
