Hello,

Have you tried in Service mode > Display > Jam. Touch on the Jam code. The postion, the sensor and the Jam type will be displayed.

Updating the software sometimes helps. Go to the jam code location and see where it shows. Check the 90 degree turn around areas for small scraps of residue jammed paper.
