[Jamming] Canon irc 2380i

Hello

I have one problem with my irc2380. When customer printing or coping on manual feeder allways paper was jamed and not pull paper insade the machine. Pick up from manual feed yust make some rrrrrrrr noise and copier show paper jam. Sound is like two off sprocket friction skips at one another. Have enyone have solutions? Check white hinge post on bottom right hand side ( bottom rear of machine ) of main door is attached tightly ( take the door off and check it is screwed onto the DOOR correctly ) This is only held on by one self tapper and quite often break.

Push on the right door with your leg and try it. White piece at bottom of door hinge has screw that gets stripped. I have modified one with a bigger screw.
