Dear. I got my finisher T1 and reporting PI104. I Replaced all the Rubbers and we are still Responding STNRY PI104 and down sounds like two gears that rub on one another. If you copy-print one page works perfectly, but if I print-copy multiple sheets by the ejected be construed nice, but they are not arranged properly, and told stry PI104. Thank you for any help and advice.

Re: Finisher T1
for your jamming:
1 check if the inlet sensor is returning freely.
the white mylar guide gets too far forward sometimes and interferes with the sensor.
2 remove finisher door and front panel
there is a sensor lever above the stapler which can get stuck
push the lever counterclockwise a few times and see if it gets stuck.
it hits a pad which melts and gets sticky after a while.
the pad is very hard to get to.
for your misaligned papers:

Re: Finisher T1
I have already replaced all the rubbers on finisher, upgrading the firmware, check for all modifications and now im wondering if i have any chance if i replace these belts? Sometimes finisher make some strange noise as if the failed gear on the belt when paper is just below swing guide...
