Canon Ir 22330 scanning issue

    [Misc] Canon Ir 22330 scanning issue

    Hi Techies,
    Happy Christmas.
    I have a Canon ir 2230 machine.
    Problem is when i scan using the network scangear,via Adobe professional,in the scangear tool,i select the paper size as auto,
    it scans only in letter size.the matter gets cut when we scan an a4 sheet.
    Are there any settings in the copier where we can change the default scanning size from letter to a4.
    please adivse.

      Is this off the glass or from the feeder

          From both platen and adf.
          however from the adf it was fixed luckily.but from the glass matter is cut while scanning

          please advise.
