How to Set adf Canon ir2535.

I've seen some of these problems.
Adf copy of the document is missing.
Placed on the document glass full.

Check ADF adjustments and paper feed rollers.Read PDF....

what's your document size to be copied on ADF? sometime we need to set on service mode for different size for copying from ADF. e.g: switch from A4 to FLSC

This is looking like my problem, My machine canon ir2535 v120, when I copy document A4 or A3 size on ADF it is cutting like Letter size, if I copy document A4 size on platen is ok.
please give me some idea to fix it

If it's happening when using the glass then adjust the height of the dadf. I've had a few of these, replaced original sensors on the first one to no avail. The height needs to be adjusted and the dadf squared, then the original sensors under the copyboard glass will read correctly. This is the only model I've needed to do this on, worked on at least three I can remember.

Service Mode>SCAN>SCAN READER>OPTION>BODY>SENS CNF = 1
Power cycle machine.

To make the value of SENS-CNF stick after the Copier is rebooted, the following needs to be set in service mode.
SCAN > SCAN SW > SW06 > Bit2 to 1


Also, to enable the correct paper selection, change the following setting of the paper size
group.
SYSTEM > SYSTEM Numeric > 057 to 3 for inch configuration

1: AB configuration
2: A configuration
3: Inch configuration
4: AB / Inch configuration
