If its IN the drum unit it sounds like you have a separation problem. Paper shouldnt get in there if the drum pickers are in place. Check and rewire coronas. If its under the drum and missing the lead edge check registration. Paper may not be temporarily stopping at reg roller. Roller, clutch??
