My copier canon ir5055 has an error e00225-0001 , I changed the scanning lamp but still have same error.

does the lamp light and try and perform an intensity adjustment
then go to error---this can caused by an excessively soiled white plate.
white plate can be found of the bottom left side of the copy glass/u may need to replace the copy glass
does scanning lamp come on before the machine codes out.
if so try > replacing the CCD unit
verify that System Software version 30.05 or higher is installed in the Copier.
