[Error Code] IR 5050 Canon: Need help with scanning to PC Folder

Hello,

I need some help to scan a document to my computer.

It does not give me an error code and just prints out the TX Report.



Any thoughts?

Your password most likely changed (windows login password). You have to put the new password in your address book. I don't have the exact instructions but if everyone else can scan that is mostl likely the problem. Set your windows password to never expire or use one that doesn't expire. You can do it at the copier (edit) or the computer desktop.
