[Misc] All Trays Down and Lift up in IR4570

Hi ...

One Ir 4570 Mechine when Power On the Mechine all Trays lift up. and when switch off/auto Sleep the Mechine all paper trays Down. every time when switch off the mechine paper trays down.
when wake up the Mechine it can lift up automatically. so how to stand continuesly lift up Trays lift up.

This is a Small Problem Connecting with Service Mode.

Have you tried a DC-CON clear ? Don't forget P-PRINT before clearing.

yes DC-CON CLEAR . Still Problem is there...

Hello,

After a dC-CON clear, the machine will take back the factory values and If it is a "service mode" related issue, a DC-CON clear would have solved it. I advise to update your machine to recent system and DC-CON firmwares.
