    Network ScanGear on Canon IR2200

I have a customer who wants to set up Network ScanGear on their Canon IR2200. When the scan button is pressed, a message like "Requires additional equipment" is displayed.

Does anyone know what equipment is required (i.e. print kit, etc.)? Or will a more recent version of the system software correct this along with setting up scanning in service mode (NW-SCAN=1) be sufficent? I appreciate your help.

Yes you need the Multi PDL Print Kit-c1 and the 2200n system software.
Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!

        2200 Scanning

        Tin Man,

you are working toward push scanning which 00 series does not have. YOu can do pull which is done via installing network scan gear and then pulling the image(s) from the device to the PC you are sitting at.

The pin for a coin op is under the left side of the control panel and has a jumper plugged into it. Just remove the jumper and plug in your coin op, but SAVE THE JUMPER! YOU WILL NEED IT LATER,...TRUST ME.
