    [Error Code] Canon C7000VP GEAR Part Number ??? please help

    Anybody knows the part name or number of the two gears, i do really need these.
    the two gear mark with question marks is broken. Resulting the machine to display E007-10-05 AND E007-10-05 respectively
    these gears found in the primary fixing, driving the fixing web. thank you very much.

      FIRST FIXING ASSEMBLY, UPPER

      think the BROKEN T outer gear is 38t= FU5-0409-000
      inner is 40t = FU6-0358-000
