i had issues serveral times while replacing the HDD.
I replaced the HDD according to procedures in the manual.
ie..Format and then install firmware via a USB thumb drive.
if i get an HDD error.
I have to remove the HDD and i use a usb tool so as i can re-create the HDD volum as if new from factory, reinstall in machine and install firmware without formating the HDD. I have done this twice now.

I am writing to ask for help that someone can offer me the System Software -iAC5051_V2_V69.03.03 for Canon C5051.
As matter of factor, I am a Senior Ricoh Tech, and want to try to solve the freezing screen while power on. It once pop-up the error code : E602-1113 and only 3 icons display on screen and touch "Show more" no responses .
