i have cannon ir5570 which is having stationary jamming error and the error code is 020F-ps4 stationary jamming please send me the solution

has been found that putting a extra wrap on PS4 can resolve 020F jam code.

020F is defined as a stationary jam at PS4 the Fixing Claw Jam Sensor



Check the Inverter Roller and related bearings for binding. The bearings and Inverter Roller shaft may become "seized"


020F jams can be caused by the External Delivery Upper Assembly being misaligned or bent.


Open the delivery section of the fixing assembly and check the frame area for damage. Damage normally occurs when the door is not closed before the fixing drawer is inserted into the copier. If damage is evident the upper internal and external delivery sections may need to be replaced.

The external delivery upper section is the same for all models: FM2-4226-030

The internal delivery upper section: 5570 / 6570 / 5055 / 5075: FM2-4168-000.
