You will probably need to reload the System Firmware via SST.

what is the SST and the FRIMWARE version in canon ir2318- ir2320-ir2420 !!! it is't compatible with 2016-2018-2020 serie??

For this model, you need the UST not the SST. It is the same procedure (not the firmware) as the iR25xx series.
