Irac50xx internal finisher

Hi chaps ,I'm going to a internal finisher tommorow showing remove paper from output tray but its empty.
i went in a couple of days ago and rebooted the devise and it worked.but has come back in for the same problem.does anyone know how the finisher knows its full ?

Hi, have had this fault before turned out to be a piece or polysterene stuck in one of the tray postition sensors so just remove finisher and check all sensors are clear.

also you can change some settings in service mode as below.

Solution :
The solution in this case was to set Service Mode > COPIER > OPTION > USER > TRAY-FLL from 0 to 1.

LEVEL2>COPIER>OPTION>USER>TRY-STP to 1 Changing this value let the Finisher tray fill before the message appeared.
