Measures for Error Codes Caused by Poor Contact between Sub PCBs and Main Controller PCB

When poor contact develops between one of the Sub PCBs [1] and the Main Controller PCB [2] , various
kinds of error codes or malfunction to the machine may occur.

When one of the possible error codes is displayed, perform the procedure outlined below.
Required Tools:
• Philips Screwdriver (standard size).
• Ruler
• Alcohol
• Lint-free Paper

Check to make sure there is no foreign matter on the Primary Corona Assembly.
In one case, a piece of the old corona wire was stuck in the unit causing arcing. Also make sure that the wire is properly sitting on the little wire blocks on each end of the unit.


A missing drum shaft knob screw can cause the E061 0001.
